Simone Gubbiotti joins legendary drummer Adam Nussbaum and sensitive bassist Jay Anderson for a 10 songs contemporary album recorded in New York in 2015.
Resilience is the capacity to react to the adversity turning negative events into positive opportunities. The album is a consequence of Gubbiotti's personal experience which flows into an intimate and metropolitan approach, modern and scratchy.

"Human condition" is a collection nine original tracks composed by Gubbiotti together with arrangements of two standards, “Who can I turn to” and the Irving Berlin classic “Always”. The CD, a deep dedication (and a promised maintained) to Simone's best friend passed away few months before the session, was recorded in Los Angeles and features Peter Erskine on drums and Darek Oles on bass. Gubbiotti is in great form, and the subtle accompaniment from Erskine and Oles compliment his playing beautifully.
